Have always been an Angel Soft buyer, but this last time we purchased, it seems much harder now. Even my husband commented, "that the company should change the name to angel hard," and he is gonna go some different paper, cause our package of angel soft is not soft at all. Did you make a change to the way it is made? Cause this is not the paper i have been buying for years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t like the change

I have been a loyal consumer of Angel Soft for so many years that I can’t remember using anything else. It was always the best value, longest lasting, non-clogging and above all - softest toilet tissue. Now things have been changing. The toilet tissue is now rough, and makes lint. At first I thought I was imagining the difference but I compared a new roll to an older roll I had in my closet and it is definitely much rougher. I have also had my toilet clog several times since the change. I will be looking for a new brand to become loyal to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
