Really inferior

I bought a pack of mega rolls having used Angel Soft pretty consistently in the past. Boy, was I disappointed. The two ply tissue comes apart went you tear the sheets from the roll and the quality is nowhere as good as the usual Angel Soft. I will not buy this product again!

I bought it when it was on sale, and I am so glad I did. My family loves Angel Soft because it is so thick and soft. As a mom, I especially enjoy the longer roll life that the mega roll provides. I also celebrate the fact that it is white, which makes it easy on the septic tank. I love love love Angel Soft!

What happened?

I have been a loyal customer for years. Angel Soft will not be purchased again in my house! Quality has gone downhill in the past year. Thin paper, terrible alignment of the 2-ply, rough texture! Another brand is worth the extra expense. Sorry Angel Soft! Quality control should have a meeting to fix this problem. You are obviously losing a lot of customers. Do you read these comments???? I hope to get an e-mail soon with a refund on the way!

You have changed your tissue. It is so thin its almost like one ply. You can feel the difference and see it. The puffed design is almost non existent. I will find a new brand. You give me no choice. I have used Angel soft for over 20 years but not like this.
