Very thin

We've been buying Angel Soft toilet paper for at least 30 years, because it's so soft. We bought the 24 double/48 regular package recently, and it's not soft at all!! In fact it doesn't even seem to be double ply!! It's more like the toilet paper you find in store bathrooms! I'm very disappointed, and afraid to buy another large package. Is this going to be the norm from now on!!

The product has changed recently. The new version is rough and thin like the stuff they use in public restrooms. Very disappointed. Will be changing brands.

Here is my review, I have been using angel soft for years, since it is one of the few without chemicals, and I am not allergic too. Let me make this clear, you changed it, it now sucks, and I will not be buying it again.

Angel Soft is NOT soft anymore!

I have been buying only Angel Soft for decades and always loved the softness for the price. Being a single parent on a limited income brought me to Angel Soft but I stayed with it because I liked the product. Now it’s been changed and is stiff and rough. Obviously the company doesn’t care about customers given all the negative reviews. I’ll be switching.

Losing a customer

I have used Angel soft toilet paper exclusively for years. Today I am officially done. I noticed a change in it several months ago. It was coarse & created a lot of dust in my bathroom when pulled off the roll. Didn’t think it would be that big of a deal though. Ok I was wrong. Every female in the house is irritated. Tried to pinpoint the cause, but we have not changed soaps, detergent, no new medications and after several trips to the doctor only to hear that it’s something causing irritation, it finally clicked. The only thing that we all have in common is that we are using the “new” angel soft. I wish I had bought a different brand several months ago when I noticed the change. Could’ve saved me a lot of money on doctor co-pays and buying Monistat. In the immortal words of Elle Woods, “all those opposed to chafing say aye!”

Doesn't clog my septic

Angel soft is the ONLY name brand toilet paper that doesn't clog my septic system. There are a couple of knock off store brands that work but they aren't soft. I have been using only this brand for the last 15 years and love the mega rolls!
I would recommend this to a friend!
