[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been buying Angel Soft bath tissue for years. I love the quality and softness. I do not have to worry about this bath tissue falling part compared to other brands.

What happened?

My wife bought this roll in the store. It is clearly different quality than the double roll we previously bought. The paper breaks easier and apparently two-ply has changed definitions as this is maybe 1.5ply at most. Extremely disappointed.

mega rolls suck

mega rolls turn angel soft into regular toilet paper, the double rolls are the best, with mega rolls, by the time the roll gets half way done it looses its softness and turns into John Wayne toilet paper

Mega rolls are a poor product. If the tissue is the same as in single or double rolls the tight winding defeats the softness. We have long been well satisfied with the double rolls and don't see any customer need or want being met by the mega rolls. I suspect that the mega roll is all about cost saving in manufacturing and transportation. This product deserves the fate of New Coke.

Wow, same name different product completely. Its as bad as the cheap commercial paper at work. Why would you change the product??? I want my Angel Soft back the way it was!!!!

I always buy angle soft and I love it. Been using for over 10 years. But this new mega pack is not like the usual angle soft toilet paper. It's thin and always comes apart (meaning the two sheets come apart). It feels more like gas station toilet paper. I am very disappointed.
