ANGEL SOFT ISN'T SOFT ANYMORE

For 20 years I've been a loyal customer of Angel Soft toilet paper and have bought hundreds of boxes to use throughout the bathrooms in my business. BUT NO MORE... over the last year and a half all my employees now complain how the once soft feeling Angel Soft Mega Rolls are now Rough, Scratchy, Irritating and just plain cheap feeling like sandpaper. IT IS TRUE. The company that makes Angel SOFT has been lying to us that they haven't changed the product. THEY HAVE changed it FOR THE WORSE and thousands of people have noticed it
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not Like Before

We had been a user of your basic toilet paper for years now but we have noticed that the product is getting thinner and very "fragile" to be effective. It is disappointing that the product is getting more cheaply made than in years past which means having to use more. After almost 15 years using this in our household, we have had to make a switch to a different brand.

Poor quality control

I buy this all the time and recently I have been getting quite a few rolls that unroll wrong and fall apart. It's like it's backwards or cut weird. Very poor quality control and is pretty annoying to use. It is thin and falls apart. Tried to add a video but I'm not using YouTube to do it

Bring back the old standards

Quality has declined. Paper tears, less absorbent and the feel is different. Have used this product for years and have cycled through changes but this is the worst.

I used this and the paper is just so thin. It isn't soft like it used to be. But it is strong at that is good.
