No good anymore

I have been a loyal angel soft customer up until now, it is not soft and thick like it used to be now it is thin and rough now. I will no longer be buying angel soft

We have used Angel Soft for about 10 years. However, with the recent change in quality, we won't be buying Angel Soft anymore.

I have bought Angel Soft tissue for the past 10 years and now I will have to change because something has changed and it is no longer soft. It scratches and actually hurts. I thought maybe it was just one package, but I bought a package at a different chain and it is the same feel. So disappointed. I was a loyal customer.

I usually always buy Angel Soft and been very happy with it till the last time I purchased it.Very disappointed with it.Texture of it is different. Are you making it differently?

Bring the old stuff back!

What has happened, Angel Soft? The old Angel Soft was the best toilet paper available. I have used this toilet paper for my entire life. I'm 26, and my parents refused to buy ANYTHING but Angel Soft. When I moved out, I started buying it myself. I did experiment a little with others, but kept coming back to the wipe of my childhood.
I'm SO upset, as within the last 6 months there have been some major inconsistencies. One package was a completely different pattern.... instead of butterflies and swirls it was diamonds, like cheap dollar store TP. The pattern has gone back to butterflies now (although it still isn't quite the same as before), but it has lost all of it's softness. I'm so sad. This is the 3rd time I've bought Angel Soft that wasn't. Am I buying knock off toilet paper? What's going on? Please bring back the old stuff...
Remember the Angel Soft ad where the wife throws a roll at her husband and it's so rough it shaves his head? That's how I feel right now, and it's terrible.

I don't know what you changed, but the last few packages have all been different patterns. They are so stiff and scratchy now. Please change it back!

losing customers every day

i have been a strong advocate of this paper for years recommending it to friends and family above all others. Well I am ready to change! i usually buy the mega rolls, but the last two times I have purchased, I have been so disappointed. The layers are not soft and stick together. They are uneven and scratchy. I thought maybe it was just a bad batch, but no, the next time i purchased it was bad as well.

I'm 31, and I've been using Angel my whole adult life, well that is about to change! I thought i just had a bad batch, turns out, this is just how the toilet paper is being made now! It is the worst I've ever used, horrible to be a woman and use this toilet paper. I've always been a advocate for Angel, other toilet papers are too thin, or too thick, Angel has always been 'just right '..... not anymore, I'm headed to the store right now to buy a different brand, ill finish off what I have now for tissues.
