It last long and is budget friendly...

Will have to change brands is not soft anymore more like sandpaper, sad because I have used this brand only for years, not anymore.

No More Softness

Used AS for most of our married life and our last purchase is highly changed. No softness and very harsh. Why change a product that was 5 star? Thinking Ultra Soft, pricier, is the actual Regular product we loved and the Regular we just purchased, is an inferior harsh, cheaper product for you to manufacture but being sold at usual price. Poor decision on your part, bound to lose you many customers. Was glad to see so many other reviews attesting to the harshness in product now, confirmed our disappointment. We too will be searching products to match the old softness.

Didn't work well.

Your toilet paper was rough on my butt. Like dragging sandpaper across my butt. It was not soft at all. I had to go out and buy the Charmin I always buy and spend more money.

What happened????

Unfortunately this toilet paper is no longer soft. Store brands are softer than angel soft.
I’m so disappointed as this was a favorite for our entire family.
I’m being forced to buy Charmin. Ugh!

Uncomfortably rough.

The toilet paper overall, yes it does what it's supposed to, but, after using the bathroom to go #2, and using Angel Soft, it feels like it's actually tearing up my bottom. It hurts to sit down afterwards because the texture of it is too rough.
