You have just lost a long time customer

I have been using Angel Soft toilet paper for years and years...was a big fan..until my last purchase. It's obvious that you are no longer soft...it reminded me of the toilet paper in the VA hospitals...it's that bad. Also noticed that you didn't lower the price with this cheaper product...I'm afraid your cheapening of this once great toilet paper will bite you in the butt...pun intented.

Saving septic systms 1 tank at a time

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using AngelSoft 9 years ago. I had my septic tank emptyed & the gentleman doing it said what ever toilet paper we are using is not for septic systems. Said if we continued to use it that our septic will not be working properly & can cause lot of trouble & exspence. I went to my local grocer & started looking for sommething septic safe. Found angelSoft used it for 1 year & called the septic company to come & empty & check my septic. When they arrived opened the tank they we so amazed that the toilet paper was completely dissoved & working better than when it was new. Now 9 years later that is all we buy & that is the ONLY thing that goes down our toilets. I work for a plumbing company & am constantly telling people with a septic system to take good care of it and it will take care of you. I am always tellling family & friends to try angelSoft you will be so happy you did and your septic system will thank you for it. It is Angle Soft White Classic for me!

Shreds really easily

The problem I have is that when you take out a new roll, the first several layer shred completely trying to get it unstuck from the roll. Also, the last two layers are completely glued to the roll. So, basically, there is a lot of unnecessary waste.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we started full timing I was so disappointed that I had to buy Special TP from a rv store. Sad face that I had to give up the Toilet paper I have been using for over 30 years since the 80's. Fast forward to Two years later when A new friend told they had been using Angel Soft for years in their motorhome. Wow cheer I could go back to my beloved Angel Soft now I can say I have been using it in my 5th wheel for 5 years so now I can say I have been using it for 35 years. (Not one problem with my holding tank clogging up in the last 5 years we have lived in the 5th wheel )

Bring back the old AngelSoft!

I just purchased my first package of larger rolls and am so disappointed. These rolls are so large, they do not fit the holder correctly and it prevents it from rolling smoothly from the spool. The quality of the product has changed considerably. It now reminds me of the toilet paper in hotel bathrooms. It has lost its softness and fluffy feel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
