I don't understand why you changed the texture, but it is definitely a deal breaker for me. It no longer feels soft, let alone "angel baby on a cloud" soft. I'll be buying a different brand going forward.

Softness is missing

I just bought many rolls recently and noticed that they were not soft at all.
I was very disappointed in the change and texture of the rolls.
Please bring back the original to the stores.

Why change? Ouch!

I, too, have been using Angel Soft for years! Not because it was less expensive (although I did appreciate that). But, because I have sensitive skin and the other name brands have had tiny fibers that cause me irritation. I was so upset to see the change to a similar scratchy texture in Angel Soft and the irritation that comes with it. I am now prepared to pay any cost to not have this issue. But, I am struggling to find a brand. Does anyone have any suggestions. I can't believe that I'm the only person with this issue. It is NOT a softness problem...it's the scratchy fibers that seem to be replete in toilet tissue these days.

Angel Soft double rolls are the only brand I buy. Works well, septic tank friendly and affordably priced.

I have been using Angel Soft for 14 years, since my plumber told me it was the best. I agreed with him until now. I just purchased a package of Angel Soft 18 Mega =72 Regular Rolls. I have purchased differ size rolls before, but the tissue was always the same SOFT!! This package of tissue is 1 Ply and not soft at all. It is like a totally type of tissue. I am totaly dissatisfied.
