The TRU Red Scissors are sturdy and well-made. These non-stick titanium scissors from the Business Essentials collection are strong and durable. I found them very helpful because of the straight blade which allows for more precision cuts. They are ergonomic for right-handed people and the handle is comfortable but on the smaller size. I am a 5ft female and my hand fit perfectly while my husband is 5ft 9in and he felt that it was a tight fit. However the scissors were usable for both of us providing smooth cuts. It is also on the heavier side but I think that is because of the titanium non-stick feature so this is a trade-off. The heaviness of the blade allows for slow and methodical cutting which I truly appreciate. I give 4-stars because of the smaller handle and the weight but other than that I find these to be a nice edition to my desk.

These scissors cut every time although I only used them on regular paper. The were lightweight did not snag and were long enough to cut through paper in few 'snips' but small enough to cut details as needed. Plus they looked good esthetically.

I really liked the TRU Red Scissors because the blades are so high quality. It glides through everything I cut!

The 24380500 TRU Red 7 non-stick titanium coated scissors are great. They are comfortable to hold (I am right handed) and they cut very easily. Of course we will see how they perform when i use them repeatedly for a long period of time. I expect I will be happy with them.

I find these scissors delightful and a great addition to my home. I've cut everything from flower stems to popcorn and potato chip bags to microwaveable rice bags to steamables bags to plastic/vinyl/jiffy bags that items are mailed in. They have a nice weight good grip are comfortable and easy to use. The ends aren't sharp so you won't cut yourself accidentally when picking them up or putting them down. However these are not scissors to cut open boxes or cut through sealing tape. The scissors are handy for whatever I need in our main living area. I use them multiple times a day and consider them a staple (pun intended) in my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors were very sharp and smooth when cutting. We tried cutting different tapes with no problems and we want to try them when we need to cut protective film. I didn't find the handle very comfortable but my coworker loved the grip.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These scissors are very smooth when cutting a single piece of paper or multiple pieces. They cut through cardboard and plastic with ease. I love the design and fit-they have dark grey blades with a rounded tip that is not sharp the finger and thumb areas have a soft grip lining and plenty of room for my fingers not squashed like other scissors. This is nice when cutting thick things or cutting for long periods of time. They appear to be well designed and sturdy! Love Them

TRU RED™ 7-inch straight-handle scissors have a unique 3-D straight blade that supports maintaining sharpness as well precision cuts. I used this scissors for paper of various style (office stationary cardboard) with great results.
