I use swifter dusters and love it, but if I did not use them , I would buy them because of the commercial . The family with the dad whose arm was amputated , showed normal family action.I was delighted . We have military heros with missing limbs and I bet that commercial makes them feel good! My son loss his leg below the knee 2 years ago in motorcycle accident. The Boston Marathon amputees would be encouraged . There is a world of people this commercial will help.Thank you to whom ever had this great idea!!!!
Even though I consider myself pretty handy,it took me about 20 minutes to figure out how to attach the duster to the handle. There are no directions other than how to put the handle together.Swiffer could have saved me a headache with a picture. This product seems to work just fine.I have used other Swiffer products and I am satisfied.
It is a good duster and does pick up but the handle I have a problem with, if not careful the handle is made out of light plastic material and breaks easily if used hard. I don't use mine often. I like the materials if the fibers of the duster but the handle I do not care for much.
My husband purchased product for the first time because we have used other Swiffer products and have been very satisfied. However, this product is a bomb. Try inserting the dusters on the wand is futile and makes no sense at all. Who in the world at Swiffer passed off this product as sellable? They should be fired. Worst product ever!!!!!!
We got the 360 degree Duster Extender. The packaging text said to come to the website for instructions and information. Not to much there, Wanted to know if this item is washable, no info. As others have stated these Swiffer products are flimsy and virtually useless in the real world.
This is the single most frustrating product I've ever encountered; determined to switch the duster, I check the box- and found it lies. Still followed the suggestion to check the website for how-to videos (which, btw, if a duster merits one, there is already a problem), and had to sort through consumer videos in lieu of an official instructional. I have concluded that those who simply slip the duster on are witches, and I would rather pluck an entire flock of birds and make an old-fashioned feather duster from scratch than struggle with this any more. It would take less effort. Given the option between dealing with this or living inside of a giant dust bunny, the latter is infinitely preferable.
