Dusting is Almost a Pleasure!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used to hate dusting, but now that I use the Swiffer dusters, I know that dust won't get everywhere and dusting won't trigger my allergies. I also like that I can use it for hard to dust items like tops of books and lampshades.
Pros: doesn't blow dust everywhere, effective, can use on all surfaces
Cons: expensive

Remove pet hair from couch

Best trick ever! I used to get so frustrated that my couch and chairs were covered with pet hair. I'd spend lots of time using the vacuum to clean it up. Then one day I was dusting anyway and decided to try my swifter duster on the couch. It was AMAZING! The dust and hair and kid crumbs came right off! Thank you Swiffer.

NO INSTRUCTIONS equals NOT USEABLE

I have had the Swiffer Duster with extendable handle for several years. It hid in a store room until today, when I decided once again to see if I could figure out how to put the so called "Duster" on the extendable handle.
After a half an hour of wasting time on this, I followed the suggestion on the box to go to their web site. Wasted another half an hour at the suggested site, and then began searching elsewhere on line.
Still have nor idea and apparently neither does anyone else.
It seems I am not the only one that has had this very problem.
I am very adept at repairs, and mechanical aptitude, and this is absurd.
What does it take for a large corporation to simply supply a how to?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Gadget !

I work in an office where we do a lot of shredding. When taking the bag out of the shredder, it always leaves paper crumbs all over the floor and my chair mat. I found that just wiping the area with my swiffer duster picks it all up in a snap! No mess leftover!!
