I USE THIS INSTEAD OF LIKING MY ENVELOPES (SOMETIMES FLYS LAY EGGS ON THE GLUE AND IF YOU CUT YOUR LIP YOU CAN GET THEM IN YOUR SORE. ALSO SOME GLUES HAVE BLOOD IN THEM EVEN IF IT IS ANIMAL BLOOD YOU NEVER KNOW)

The glue sticks are safe and easy to use. They allow time for moving items around before completely drying so it gives time to correct mistakes. It works great on construction paper and plain paper. They also work well on popsickle-type sticks. It sticks paper onto poster board. It does not stick on hands and fingers. If fabric needs to be added onto a project it does a fairly good job. Although I have not had much success with using the glue sticks on styrofoam cups nor on soft foam pieces overall I think they are a good product.
