I liked this to transport documents but the plastic cover ripped where it bends within 24 hours. Fortunately Staples had many options so I was able to easily buy something more durable.

This is just the right size to hold all of my wife's notes for a class she is taking. It also holds a lot of paperwork.

This works great. It keeps my commercial tax info separate from my personal.

The biggest problem I've had with this kind of storage is that the enclosing rubber band always stretches out and becomes unusable. While that is yet to be determined the broad clip on which the band grips on to seems to be much more efficient and keeps the folder better closed than the typical one spot enclosure. Holds closed very well.
