I am the treasurer of the HOA in our community. I needed an easy way to organize paid invoices for the six years required by the IRS. This 13 pocket folder allows me to file the paid invoices by month for the year. The thirteenth pocket allows me to file the bank statements in the same file. The folders also allow easy access. This folder is great!!!!

I am redoing my kitchen and baths and I am able to file all the bills and receipts along with the estimates from my contractor and subs in their own separate files. First time using this folder and I have opened it and closed it many times. The file has not broke or cracked. The rubber band closure also has not broke. I recommend it over paper folders.
