Not what I expected

the swiffer 1-sided duster (I followed the directions) does not fluff up as shown on the box I will not buy this one again I've used the 2-sided one for years and I love them.

Unscented is actually scented

The new product is not good. The unscented are still scented. I had accidentally bought the scented ones by accident and they were so offensive I couldn’t keep them in my house and threw them away. I finally found unscented ones and they are now slightly scented. People with allergies need the actual unscented ones back. Please fix quality control.

We don't add perfume to unscented Swiffer Dusters, and our products go through many quality checks to ensure the correct product is in each package. It is possible the box absorbed fragrance from a scented product stored nearby, and the Dusters may also have picked up some of that scent. To allow the scent to dissipate, leave the product in a well-ventilated area for at least 24 hours. Stinkingest Purchase EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Why do you have to load everything down with chemical scents? I bought a box of duster refills and there were NO boxes there which said UNSCENTED! I brought them home and had to open the box OUTSIDE, put the thing on OUTSIDE, do my dusting and put a nail OUTSIDE to hang the dern thing on when I finished dusting!
I had to put the rest of them on a shelf in an open cabinet OUTSIDE to keep them from stinking up the cabinet! Can't you AT LEAST make an UNSCENTED duster refill for people who can't stand chemical smells or who are allergic to them? More and more people are becoming allergic because you load everything up with that nasty stuff. Many people don't want that.
I will know better...when these are gone, I won't buy any more. I am NOT afraid to sign my name. Rebecca White

Rebecca, we're so sorry to hear about your experience and trouble finding our unscented dusters. We do offer two types of unscented dusters: Duster Refill - Unscented - 10 Count and 360° Duster Refill - Unscented Refill - 6 Count. I'm sorry if they weren't available at your fave store.
While we would love for every retailer to stock all of our Swiffer versions, we know that isn't possible due to limited shelf space. If the store you're shopping at doesn't carry an unscented version, you may want to mention this to the store manager. Usually, what they stock is based on consumer demand. I hope this helps! ~Rose

Good product - bad odor

Now when I dust my home thats allergy friendly, I get the overwhelming odor of gain detergent or something like it. I get rid of the dust because I have asthma and allergies. Now I have to find a new way to dust. If you keep your home unscented like me, don't buy these new swiffers. Yhe scent is overwhelming and disgusting.

Picks up so much dust

And it doesn't take me near as long to dust the house so I have more time to spend with my family. Thank you, Swiffer!

Bad product and low quality

This product decreases its quality, it breaks very easy, it is not comfortable for the user and it only has an opening. The product used to last longer, more comfortable and was more resistant. Did You tested the products?Did they conduct surveys with users?
