Handy Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thank you for letting me try the Scotch Brite dish washer. It's great for a cleaning a few dishes, easy to fill with dishwashing liquid and has a nice handle. However, it seems to use a lot of dishwashing liquid to clean a sink full of dishes!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Efficient workplace cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Scotch-Brite Soap Control Scrub Dots Non-Scratch Dishwand was given to me by 3M to evaluate and provide a review. I wanted to allow a month of use in my workplace before submitting my review to give an accurate account. We have several meetings each month and have few items to clean and this product was perfection for us for those meetings and daily usage. The dishwand dots scrubbed dried on food and cleaned other items quickly without scratching or breaking down, even with multiple careless users. The reservoir held dish soap without leaking and we liked the button to release more soap as needed. Most of all, the dishwand was easy to rinse and did not hold odors.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Scotch Brite Soap Control Dish Wand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first impression was “this really looks like a handy aid for washing dishes”.
The features hit all the right marks: easy to fill with dish soap, non-abrasive scrubber, built in scraper, and comfortable handle.
After using the dish wand several weeks, I grew frustrated that the wand would not easily or at all fit into a narrow glass or jar. The way that soap was released onto the sponge head was not pleasing for me as I didn’t want a continuous stream of soap while I was scrubbing an item. Putting any slight pressure on the handle would start the flow of soap. I recommend a more narrow scrubbing head and placing the soap release where it won't release unless the user wants more soap.
If none of the previous issues that I mentioned would concern you, then, by all means, buy this product.

A nice addition to the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to wash my kitchen sink, dutch oven gunk, stove top, inside of electric kettle and others today. After using, I was pleasantly surprised how it is so nice to have the wand so my hands are not in scorching hot water or inside a kettle. I was happy to know that it won't be scratching. My husband also said, he used to have a similar thing but there was no soap control so he used to waste so much soap. I think I will like using this around the kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Literally just bought it and went to move the back piece down to move the wand and the back piece snapped off.

Soap Lever Doesn’t Allow Enough Soap Into Pad

I had to buy this product when Ocelo stopped manufacturing their dish wand. I am not happy with how the Scotch-Brite dishwand functions. I needed to push the top lever to dispense soap into the sponge, but the sponge would never have enough soap to be able to scrub a pan with. I realized the dot cutaway was intact, so I removed it. But then soap had no where to collect. It all leaked straight out.
I had bought a couple of refill pad packs, unfortunately, so needed to adjust the pad. I took scissors and cut a longer slit in the pad around the soap opening.

I am unwilling to toss all of them in the trash. I have a few on hand. In conclusion, I end up squirting soap directly into the pan instead of messing with this kitchen tool. I wonder how these get past product design.

This new dishwand is ok. It is kind of difficult to dispense the soap, very sponge “button”. The other issue is trying to find replacement pads. I would definitely not recommend buying this product.
