It's very sturdy. I use it to keep important papers in. I seperated by sender date spent.the elastic fastener works well.

Seemed like a good buy but the clasp broke after a couple of months. I could no longer find the receipt so I ended up with a bad purchase! Wasn’t built to last. I rated it a one star!!!!!
