#10 window envelopes

I have my stationery blocked off so a normal three part fold with the top side out shows the name and address of the person I am sending a letter to. So the process of sending a letter is educed by two steps. I do not have to retype the addressee and I then do not have to feed an envelope through my printer. I simply write my letter fold it accordingly and stuff it in the window envelope. My estimate is that this saves approximately a full minute for each letter mailed. This may not seem like much but this adds up with the volume of mail I deal with.

Windowed Envelopes

We have been using these envelopes for years. We never used to have issues with them in the past but recently we have noticed some quality issues. We noticed this defect when the look of the box had been altered so we aren't sure if there is a different vendor supplying these products or if it is just coincidence. Essentially the seams on the inside would often be unglued. You could open it at all edges requiring us to discard and waste the envelope or tape the seams closed which we don't often do because it looks unprofessional.

Much better than the Columbian Envelopes

We usually used Columbian Brand but they discontinued them and Staples helped us find this item. It is a much better fit for our checks. There is less information showing thru the window.
