Good Deal but moisture sensitive

Over the very humid summer the adhesive on the flaps stuck so tightly the envelopes had to be discarded. Could not be unstuck. Despite this sensitivity I purchased another box and put them in temperature controlled storage. If they were not so much more expensive the self adhesive envelopes would work better but they are too expensive - twice the price. These envelopes are a good value and in the past have proven satisfactory for mailing membership cards and checks requiring a window envelope. Be cautious if you have high humidity because these could not be reclaimed after storage in normal house conditions.

The best for what we do

All envelopes we use are run through a RISO machine to attach our return address and are then hand stuffed. This particular item has never let us down. It doesn't get jammed in the RISO and we haven't had problems with the windows coming out or flaps coming unstuck. (Problems do happen sometimes-maybe 1/2 % Nothing is perfect)

Glue not so good on envelopes

Box that envelopes come in usually fall apart - and on staples shelves before purchase. Glue on envelopes not reliable - half the time does not stick or envelopes are glued shut when purchased
