The envelope is fine but the window plastic shrinks and ruins the envelope when it is run through the printer for the return address.

Not like the picture / description!

Although the picture and description are the same these envelopes are now different and poorer quality. They no longer have a commercial flap (it is now pointed) and the paper stock is thin and flimsy. Our office mainly uses them for bills and they no longer stuff or seal as easily or fit as much. We will not be purchasing them again.
