I have been buying Angle soft for years. I find your new way of packaging a bit confusing. regular, mega, super mega, scented ??? ... come on. Make it like you have always promised. Look if the roll is too big to put on the toilet paper holder ... why would you buy it?
My recent purchase which indicated it was a mega roll ~ seems a bit short in volume. The last packages I bought (over a year ago since, I usually buy in bulk) indicated each roll had 429 sheets per roll and this new package indicated 320 sheets per roll. What has happened in the last year that the mega roll has shrunk by so much?
I understand costs, but then the cost should not be higher if you are selling less volume in your product. It is understood that the store I purchased this item sets their price, but lets get back to the basics here. Sell rolls that fit on the dispenser and make packaging the same if it is mega then all mega has the same volume and so on. I am happy with the product, but not the volume sheet counts of your product. It just makes me have too look else where for value to content.

Terrible, did you change the formula?

We have bought nothing but AngelSoft toilet paper for YEARS. This last pack of 24 mega rolls is terrible. It is stiff and not at all soft. It feels like toilet paper you get at a public restroom. Have you changed the formula? We will switch brands if this is a new formula for sure!

Why do you no longer put the 'sq feet' on your packages - or any other specific details abt the amount of product, esp with all the different sizes and other descriptions like :'supersoft, strong, ultra' etc - seems you are wanting the Consumer to be confused and ignorant? Some of us actually know 'how' to shop according to value for what we are buying. What are you trying to hide? Just banking that most of us will just keep buying with just reading the word "Mega" ?? Well not me - I want to KNOW what I am paying for! For the record, I've been buying the 9 pk Mega Rolls (304 sq ft) for several years b/c I think its a decent product for a reasonable price compared to the rest - but I will NOT continue when you cannot be transparent abt the product you are selling - that just seems shady to me.
*By the way... Consumers - if you want to compare prices/products with paper products look at the "Sq Ft" per package - not the number of 'squares' per roll, but then also consider when buying the 'SuperSoft or SuperStrong' you will be getting alot less b/c you are paying for more comfort or durability.
