Not soft

I bought this 18 roll package earlier this month and have been using it but for some reason it isn't soft as advertised on the packaging and on the tv advertising. It seems to be rough to the touch and during usage it inflames my butt causing minor bleeding.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used angel soft for over 20 years exclusively. I am so disappointed in how narrow it continues to get. I use toilet paper, even in public facilities that is wider than this. It makes me sad.

I noticed that your toilet paper rolls looked strange on my toilet paper holder, You have reduced the width of the roll so it does not look quite right on the toilet paper holder. It appears you are ripping off the american public. I have, untill now, used your product.
