What is going on?

My family and I have been using Angel Soft Bathroom Paper for years. I have noticed of late that your brand is going downhill. The pack I bought today will be the last time we but Angel Soft. If I wanted to use sand paper I would have went to the hardware store instead of the grocery store.

I just bought this new mega roll product a few days ago. My family and I love angel soft toilet paper and have bought it for the last 12 years. However this mega roll is NOTHING like the others. It is comparable to the cheapest hotel paper I have ever used. I will never buy the Mega Roll again. It is a huge disappointment

My latest purchase of Angel Soft was very disappointing! It is extra thin and I don't believe it is two ply! I have used Angel Soft for many years and found it to be very satisfactory as well as economical. I will not waste money on it any longer.

I bought this mega pack. I am so disappointed with it. after a few uses it gets flat and smooth like commercial toilet paper. I will NOT buy it ever again.

I have recently changed to the Mega Rolls and I hate them. They are not soft at all. Feels like SANDPAPER!
