Penitentiary Paper

I am saddened to see that Angel Soft is now more like the penitentiary toilet paper that I left behind so many years ago. It is if you combined astringent and cheap paper and then compressed it ALL in to one roll. NO THANK YOU!!! In this case, change is NOT good.

The new mega roll toilet paper is terrible. It's paper thin and not soft. Very disappointed in the change. I've been buying Angel Soft for years but not any more!

Too thin

I just recently purchased the 6 roll mega pack because that is all my grocery store had that day and I ONLY use Angel Soft. I was very disappointed in the quality of these rolls. They are very thin and barely have any quilting. I will not buy this particular package again.

i have been buying angel soft toilet paper for years and years because it is good enough and affordable. not anymore! they have changed their paper so it is not worth anything. its less absorbent ant shreds and tears badly. they have lost a customer. really dont like the product
and wont be buying it anymore.

Bought the large package of mega roll, was terribly disappointed. The quiliting is very faint. Paper looks flat and doesn't have any of the softness to it. Family members thought I bought the cheap generic brand. Had to show them the wrapper to prove it did buy the Angel Soft. Now I have quite a few rolls of terrible toilet paper to use.

I buy in bulk and my last purchase was about 6+ months ago and was on my last roll. I bought another pack and had started a new roll and was able to tell the difference right away. No longer soft and gentle, feels like any other cheap toilet paper now. Switching to a new brand after all these years.

I TRIED ANGEL SOFT FOR THE FIRST TIME A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. YOU SHOULD TAKE THE SOFT OUT OF THE NAME. I WILL NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT AGAIN!!!!!!!!EVER
