I have used Angel Soft exclusively for years but am very disappointed with the change in product quality. The tissue is noticeably less soft - I still have a roll of the "old" Angel Soft for side by side comparison. What happened Angel Soft ??

I've used angelsoft my entire adult life but the quality has dropped significantly in the last year or so. I'll be changing brands.

IL bought this yesterday, and I must say i am very very disappointed with it i love angel soft that's all I use so i decided to try the MEGA ROLLS, Bad decision i am so mad because this S#!+ is so thin you have to use so much more i feel like i have been tricked into spending more and getting less product i am so upset that i feel this way, i hate to be RIP off,and i can not take it back because it's been open.Sad the games Company's play SO SAD

I have been buying angel soft for 20 years. Not any more. It is now a low quality. I guess now you get what you pay for. In my house it is time to look for another toilet paper.

What happened to the quality?
The toilet paper ply's were put on the roll unevenly. Also the quality of the each ply has been reduced. Please change the quality back angelsoft. Thank you.

Not so soft anymore

Been using nothing but Angel Soft for years. But all of a sudden it's not soft like it used to be. No softness, just scratchiness. Looking for a new toilet paper.

I have used this product for years and love the softness and the value of it recently I bought a pack and it was very coarse and dry and not soft and fluffy wondering why they changed it

Terrible production quality control

Only half the rolls are correct..the other half of rolls have no quilt..somebody fell off the wagon in production of this product!
