Too hard

We have purchased this product for years with complete satisfaction. We purchased another supply last week only to find you have changed your product. The toilet paper is now hard and uncomfortable to use. Will be trashing the remainder of the product purchased and looking for another product to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been buying Angel Soft exclusively for 27 years but will be switching brands due to the new lower quality and rough texture. My mom has bought it since the mid 80' and has also had to switch brands.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been Extremely happy with this product. My family as well as my pets.. Soft enough for picky family members and not so expensive I worry about use.. even the pets get to take advantage of the softness when wiping out there ears or eyes. Even cleaning up some messes from them I don't worry about usage since you have the xtra large rolls... Thank you.

Since I'm always the one having to change the roll at home, I enjoy having this size and not having to change so often. Always easier to store!

Great idea

My husband bought this to try last month for the first time and it's great! We have 5 adults (one pregnant) living in our home right now and one 4 year old. You can't imagine how much toilet paper we go through and how often!! It's a little thinner than your smaller rolls, but just as soft and strong. Thank you so much for thinking of this!!

Love that it is long lasts by rolls. With my family i am always changing the toilet paper rolls and finally found one that seems to last longer! It is also so soft and not rough! Love this product!
