What Happened!?!?

Last week I bought a package of Angel Soft, 16 Rolls, I believe. What happened to my nice soft toilet paper? This stuff is harder, scratchier & definitely not what I usually buy. Did you cheapen the product? I've also had issues recently with having to tear off the first 4 layers or so to get the adhesive off. As a loyal buyer of Angel Soft for years now, if this is what it's become, it's going to be time to switch to something else.

Quality went downhill lately.

I've been using angel soft for years and was always very satisfied but lately the quality has gone way downhill. Not sure what changes were made but there is too much glue at the start of the rolls, plys are very thin and separate, softness has gone away, and all in all the product has become very unpleasant. I'm probably going to switch to another product after this recent purchase because bath tissue is one thing that shouldn't be a pain to start the day with!

I've used angel soft for years. What happened to the soft? The toilet paper isn't as soft. It feels totally different

Everytime I buy this bathroom tissue there is always a change why? Why can't u keep ur product the same everytime? Theres other times when the toliet paper is so soft and next time I buy it it's rough and looks different I don't understand. Whoever making this bathrom tissue is not doing a good job it keeps changing and i dont like that. I've used this tissue before and I liked it cause of the softness and it somtimes just not soft just it changes every time I buy a new pack of angel soft. Bathroom tissue should always be the same I just dont understand. I get this tissue cus its affordable and was soft now it's not. Im about to buy a new product that dosent change everytime. Maybe this will be my last time purhasing angel soft if this continues. I want you to change ur product to be really nice and soft thats why its called angel soft right? Well please make ur product what it says to be just like on the package. Please and thank you.

your 2 ply sheets are too, too thin

I bought your product thinking your 2ply was a normal 2 ply sheets. They might be 2X more sheets but you need 2X more sheets , for every use . Very disappointed with your product ......

No hole

I love this tp but when we got it home this time from the store and there was no hole in the middle of it. Over half the rolls look like this.

Reviewing Mega Rolls Only

I just wonder WHY the mega roll is so much thinner than any of the other rolls? It is like gas station toilet paper! After the first or second "go around" the tissue does not even have an imprint on it. I have tried buying it in different states and its the same everywhere... I also noticed

I had to purchase this pack because the regular pack I usually get was out. I was disappointed to find out the thickness and texture was thinner and less soft.
