Like wiping with sandpaper

Hello I have been using angel soft for about 10 years now and never had an issue until my last purchase. The packaging looked different but I did not think that would affect the same to I have used for years. Well let me tell you I brought it home and it’s like sandpaper and very irritating for my area. I even had to go to the emergency room because it irritated my urethra so badly. Please change it back I don’t know what y’all changed but I literally cannot use it anymore.

Different, not in a good way

We have bought this toilet paper for years and years because of its quality and price range. Just recently we can tell they changed something. The toilet paper is not as "angel soft" any more, and breaks apart very easily, which never used to be an issue. The price went up, but lower quality. Very disappointing and will have to start buying another brand unfortunately, unless they decide to fix this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i buy angel soft regularly, its great. children & elderly with their soft , delicate skin , doesnt hurt them plus its graet for regu;lar adults too , its tough but remember its also soft enough for a baby. I have used angel soft for at 5yrs ,since the first time i bought it because it was cheaper than anything else & i was pinching pennies. I am glad i tried that cheap tissue paper now because i havent went back since. Thanks angel soft.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I randomly buy angel soft and mostly for the price. It is much cheaper than most brands and it is soft. It has ok quality but better than most low priced toilet paper. The only 2 things I don't like are sometimes it leaves lint on my body after wiping. :/ & the scented angel soft doesn't smell good so I don't buy that anymore.

Horrible product!

I have been buying Angel Soft toilet paper for 28 years - for a family of 5 - this new change you have in the product is Horrible - it's like using the cheapest stuff svailable. I no longer like this product and have stopped buying it. My kids have also stopped buying it. What a sad day!
