Change in the quality of paper

I have been buying this product for over 20 years; however, I have noticed for about a year now that you have changed the quality of the paper you use for this product. The toilet paper is no longer super soft. I am sorry to say that I will no longer be buying your product for this reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quality

I have been a loyal customer for years and choose this toilet paper over the more expensive name brand ones but the last few months I noticed that the quality has gone totally down hill. The toilet paper is now rough to the touch and super thin I do not know what they changed but I am currently in the market for a different brand. Please change back to your original way of making toilet paper.
