Why change?

We have see Angel Soft for over a decade. Recently I thought my wife bought the wrong brand because it’s completely different. Other reviews are correct, it’s extremely rough. We’ll be looking for a new brand.

Disappointed in the Soft and Strong Difference

My family has been using Angel Soft for the past 20+ years and have always loved it for the price. It was soft and didn’t shed lint. Recently, the paper feel is much rougher. More like what you would find in a commercial setting. I’m so disappointed and will be searching for a replacement. Angel Soft, if your listening, consider offering multiple lines of your product to satisfy different tastes.

What happened ???

What has happened to the quality of this product??? My last two purchases of this product were disappointing. I was willing to forgive the first one,( thinking that something might have been off with production that one day) but the second purchase confirmed that the quality was definitely off. The paper felt coarse and the ply did not separate. This week for the first time in almost 30 years, I had to shop for a different brand. Just so you all know, I take this personally and if i could have given you a negative rating, I would have.

Like using poor quality paper towels

This product has definitely changed for the worse. It’s like a roll of really narrow, cheap paper towels. If you can find packages with the “butterflies but no daisies” quilting, you are getting the real deal. If all you can find is “butterflies with daisies” quilting, you are out of luck. Unless I hear that this was a horrible mistake, I’m looking for a new brand. Life is too short.

I’ve been purchasing Angel Soft for years but not any more!! Whatever you did, undo it!! The paper is so rough I don’t even want to use what I paid for. Terrible.

It's changed for the worse

We have been using Angel Soft for a lot of years, and I mean a lot. This week I asked my wife if she switched toilet paper brands. She said no but we checked our storage shelves are there is a definite difference to the pattern between the old, good stuff and the new, scratchy stuff.
I was going to post photos but they would be the same that I see many others have posted.
After what looks like 10 or so months of complaints and no change I'm guessing they won't be switching back which means I'll have to start brand shopping again.
A huge disappointment to say the least.
