Business envelopes

I do a lot of direct mail marketing from my home office. Staples window envelopes are ideal for my mailings. I usually purchase the plain rather than the security lined but my local store was out of stock. The security lined envelopes (box of 500) had excessive glue on the seams so they stuck together going through the printer. There wasn't enough glue on the flap so they were difficult to close and seal. The non-lined business window envelopes are always good so I expected the security lined envelopes would be as well but they weren't. I haven't purchased any more and will continue to use the regular non lined envelopes.

They could be a little better with the adhesive you really have to get it wet.

These are fine for general use but don't put them in a laser printer. Contrary to what customer service said on the Q&A tab these don't work well in a laser printer at all...

Not Secure!!!!!

I was just told by an employee that when using a flash light you can see the check amounts right through the blue security print. I tried it with my cell phone flashlight and there it was clear as day!!!!

Envelopes & Stamps

Recently I purchased Window Envelopes and had a stamp made while waiting at the Staples Store in San Juan Capistrano. Service was good but the person in the Stamp/Printing Department was excellent. At first I thought he was slow but as I watched him he finished waiting on a previous customer and went over in detail about his stamp to insure that the customer was happy. You can buy stamps cheaper on line but at Staples you can see exactly what you get and walk out with it the same day. I did not get his have but he was excellent and gave me the same personalized service he had given the previous custome. The manager of the store honored a discount coupon that was two days old and I appreciated that also. A very good store to shop for your office needs.

Our favorite envelope

This is our favorite envelope. It is a store brand and it is perfect for what we do. Whenever we can't get it at the store we will stop by a local competitor and are forced to buy those the quality of their envelope is very cheap and just doesn't hold together very well. Staples envelope has no problems and holds together perfectly. Great quality and excellent prices. Thank you staples
