These don't seal the first time have to go over the gummed area several times to ensure a good seal.

I had purchased the wrong type of envelopes in April and hoped to swap them out for the correct ones. The staff was wonderful and allowed me to make the change. They made my day. I have always been pleased when doing business at Staples.
