Poor adhesion

I have used about 100 out of the 500 box so far and they all have to be taped shut - the peel and stick feature is lacking adhesion.

The Staples Easy-Close Security Tinted Business Envelopes are a staple in my business. Self-sealing no licking security so that a snoop cannot hold it to the light to see inside. A must around here.

Envelopes are poorly glued on the sides some are defective and require tape to hold the envelope closed. I was expecting better quality for the price charged.

The sticky substance doesn’t keep the flap down all the time and have to use tape to completely seal.
