Envelopes work. They do a fabulous job at holdings papers together while sending them through the postal service. The adhesive holds well to make sure said papers don't go flying out. Above and beyond my wildest dreams for any envelope...

We don't use anything but EasyClose Security-Tint Envelopes. Love the secure privacy quality and self-sticking flap. Won't use any other kind in mail. Staples always has best price.
