Poor seal

Needed these for a mailing. Less than half of the self-sealing envelopes seal. Will have to tape them shut. Kind of defeats the purpose of self-sealing envelopes...

#10 Business Envelopes

They are average. Like the tint but the envelopes are light weight and flimsy. They don't make them like they used to. I'm not sure how the numbers regarding weight whether a higher number is lighter weight or vice versa. I like a more sturdy envelope. Is there a heavier weight - like 11 or 12 (if heavier)?

Hello Jan thank you for your feedback on this item. This envelope is rated at 24 lb. If you would like a thicker envelope you would need to look for a higher weight of paper.
