Not all envelopes are the same

Ordered more business envelopes to pay bills and place payroll checks into nothing unusual. Went to use them and the window and the info on the checks or invoices don't line up? Now I'm stuck with a box of envelopes that don't work. And now I'll have to go to the store to make sure I get what I need. I thought the window placement was the same on all business envelopes but I guess they are not.

As far as the envelopes themselves are concerned they're great! The only reason I gave a 4 star rating instead of 5 is because when they were stuffed in the box the first 25 or so were bent!

Corners don't stick and could cause problems when mailing.

The adhesive strip doesn't go all the way across and leaves the corners free after closed. It leaves the envelope vulnerable to opening if the corner gets stuck going through postal equipment or catching on another piece of mail. I put a piece of tape on each corner to hold the corners down. Pain in the butt when mailing 300 pieces of mail.

Hard to insert

I insert rack cards into these. They don't go in easily because of the fold at either end. You have to bow the envelope to be able to insert them!

I would recommend this. However I put a small piece of tape at both ends of the closing flap to ensure it does not get caught going through any if the sirting equipment.
