A great value for a useful product

I do a lot of mailings for our homeowners association and found this product to be a great value for the mailings I do. I could spend a lot for envelopes but this economy size was just right for my budget.

Good value. Adhesive isn't as strong as I would like. Security lines inside are a must! Most inexpensive self-adhesive security enveolpes out there.

Speeds up financial mass mailings

We only have about 400 clients in our small tax & accounting practice. Once a year (like right now!) we mail a tax organizer to all of our clients. About 300 get a short organizer which can be mailed in a #10 envelope. That's not a big mailing but who wants to moisten & seal 300 gummed envelopes? These Quickstrip envelopes probably save our employees a day in getting this mailing out...which allows them to do a better job of taking care of clients calling for an appointment. And needless to say the security tint protects the client information. It's also another example to the client of the care we take with his or her documents. We built our business on personal service. We are not Bubba's Tax Service & Bait Shop. Things like these envelopes are important to us.

These envelopes are just as good as any "name brand" product out there. The price made it more affordable for a non-profit.

Little Thin But Works

I just finished up an old box of Staples private label #10 envelopes which were much heavier and better quality than these. But I am finding that all #10 envelopes are getting thinner and that manufacturers are also making the flaps smaller to the point where the self-seal adhesive strip will actually stick to the contents instead of the envelope. So that was one of the first things I checked while in the Staples store and sure enough this adhesive strip is placed far enough up the flap that unless the envelope is stuffed the glue strip does reach to the other side of the envelope. When I am mailing a stuffed envelope I simply leave the self seal strip on the adhesive and just tape the flap to the envelope. I do not run these through a printer so am not sure if these will easily jam.
