I am forced to purchase these envelopes since I can't find them anywhere else. I think that they are very expensive for the size and have been told that since they are a "specialty" item they cost more to make. Also the gummed closure doesn't stay closed.
Spent a lot of money on the small Brown Krafy Coin Emvelopes . I was disappointed by their inability to stay closed after licking & sealing the envelope. I started a seed sharing business and the Emvelopes are an integral part of it. It's taking so much longer to seal them with an added pice of fossil fueled plasric tape. It's infuria to be in the middle of a job taks and have to now sit and tape 500 mini envelopes. If the weather wasn't so treacherous I would've returned them for a full refund. But I was on a time limit and this need to get done.
We are big coin envelope users for our veterinary practice. We find that using the coin envelopes available at the local Staples store are a good fit for practice. We specifically use them for our pill dispensing service for our dog cat bird and small pocket pet clients. We add a pre stick label to the coin envelopes with all the written instructions and patient identification. The coin envelope can contain medicine in the dry pill form or capsule form for most prescription amounts.
