I was looking for something to organize the mail we have to keep and this is perfect. TONS of space. Easy to organize and to purge unneeded paperwork at the end of every year.

It's okay - not a fan of accordion type filing cases but cannot find ones that are not accordion anymore.

This file is great and portable for going to meetings. Also good for keeping separate files from your filing cabinet to save space.
