This is perfect for itemizing receeipt for tax preparation and storing. Categorized my deductions and store them along with the years tax return. 27 slots in it held enough to store 2 years

Letter size paper covers tabs

I work for a commercial general contractor and purchased five of these to organize project bids by trade. Overall it's good enough quality but as other reviewers have stated the top flap is stiff and is hard to hold open when you're trying to file. Also and most importantly a standard letter size sheet of paper (8.5 x 11) placed into the file sits higher than the tabs rendering the tabs useless since they're covered by the papers. I guess they can call it "Letter Size" because it technically fits letter size paper but what's the point of having tabs if you can't read them? I'm keeping these but won't purchase again and would urge the manufacturer to make the folder taller so the tabs are higher than the paper.
