I find this 26 Pocket Plastic Case File perfect for organizing financial information for Income Tax preparations. I keep all bills paid and monthly bank statements all investment material and at the end of the year everything along with my checkbook and receipts keeps all information in one place. It makes gathering all pertinent information together and easy to find once the tabs are marked at the beginning of the new year. I am sure it can be used for other purposes but this is how I find it works best for me.
