When filled with documents the plastic snap will easily dislodge causing the case file to open and papers to fall out. Once the case file is open it becomes really flimsy and is not stable. The plastic is also very slippery and difficult to grasp. The handle on the top is nice for just carrying purposes but whats the use of a handle when the rest of the case file is flimsy plastic.

While it is the perfect size for what I needed while in between work locations the top won't stay fastened down because the casing around the top flap hole has come off. The knob from the base just slips right out of the fastener hole.

This unit is updated from one I purchased 3 years ago. I’m not convinced that the new one is better but it’s all they had. I noticed in the store the a few of these had the enclosure missing (broken off) and that concerned me. I took my chances with purchasing one that had locking enclosure and after 3 weeks of use so far so good.

The case served my purposes for sorting and filing travel info by location . However while the pockets are sturdy the latch is flimsy and twice when I picked it up the weight shifted in such a way that the latch opened and the contents spilled and had to be refilled. I’ve now put a large stretch band around the case to supplement the latch.
