Letter size paper covers tabs
on September 17, 2019

I work for a commercial general contractor and purchased five of these to organize project bids by trade. Overall it's good enough quality but as other reviewers have stated the top flap is stiff and is hard to hold open when you're trying to file. Also and most importantly a standard letter size sheet of paper (8.5 x 11) placed into the file sits higher than the tabs rendering the tabs useless since they're covered by the papers. I guess they can call it "Letter Size" because it technically fits letter size paper but what's the point of having tabs if you can't read them? I'm keeping these but won't purchase again and would urge the manufacturer to make the folder taller so the tabs are higher than the paper.

I would have given it 5 stars but when I went to open the case again after filling it with my files it just expanded open like an accordian and all the files fell out all over the place. Picture a "slinky" opening up. This product is not firm or stable enough to handle.

I love this item - I have purchased many - all from Staples. I also love your store and I appreciate the coupons for future use when I purchase something from my regular store on Northern Blvd in Bayside New York.

It does have a bad feature in that it wants to fall over and that makes it hard to manage. But for one as large as needed it will do I guess.

I wasn't all that pleased. It was hard to keep it from expanding when I was trying to put in the labels. That was an ordeal too. The cover wouldn't bend back while I was putting the labels on and putting my papers into it; however I am sure it will work for what I need.

This plastic 13 pocket expanding folder file case served the purpose of my buying it 100%. It was put to use immediately after I brought it home.
