Overall the file is good we can keep many Documents without crushing but the only major problem is the button which holds the top cover came out. Somehow I fixed it with glue however it is not strong. If it is fixed in the design itself then this one is a solid file. Hence 3 Stars.

IT is good and sturdy but it falls open and on its side when it is opened. The backing of the latch came off the first day and I just leave it off . It still closes One pro is that it is plastic and stands up great when it is latches and easy to put away does not scratch. Suits my purposes for a file that is easy for me to put away and out of site when I am done working for the day

The backplate to the clip cover falls off as soon as you open the flap cover!

I have to have things organized or I can’t find them when I need them. This type file is my go to for organizing my different categories of knitting patterns/projects. Before this I was leafing through piles of paper to find a certain type. I’m loving this system!

It is the exact organizational set up that I need. The size is great. The downfall is that it flips over when I try to remove or add things to the pockets. several times it has fallen and everything has fallen out of it. When trying to put things in it’s difficult because you can’t lay the top back. You need three hands. The closure has come apart 3 times and so far I’ve been able to fix it. I am using it daily but continue to look for something that is easy to use.

I'm very disappointed that I didn't check this out more thoroughly at the store. It's very flimsy and impractical. After spending several hours sorting through documents and filing things away I later opened this case and everything spilled right out. I need something with more stability that can stand on its own. Sadly this was a total waste of money.
