I use the envelopes with company letterhead correspondence and computer generated invoices and receipts to avoid the necessity of putting return addresses or addressing the envelopes. The windows are a bit too large to conceal all the contents but they work.

I bought these to send invoices and check stubs from Quickbooks. I didn't have to adjust a thing. The addresses fit in the windows perfectly.
