Great for Invoices created in QB's

I don't understand why the Folsom store is always in short supply or completely out of these envelopes? I let myself run out a couple of weeks ago and they had non. Had to make a trip to the store in Rancho Cordova on Sunrise which was way out of my way. These evelopes line up perfectly and #10 size allows for #9 self addressed return evelopes to be included for the customer to send in their payments. I use about 600 of these a month so am buying at least 12 boxes a year or more. It would be nice to rely on having a supply in the store when needed.

Package presentation well thought out. Package withstands normal use and some abuse. Envelopes are always consistant in size color and texture. The amount of glue on the enclosure flap always sticks when water is applied. Reopening is imposible without destroying the envelope. That is quality. I will always purchase envelopes from Staples for all our business needs. Also the price is right. Staples works very hard at keeping costs affordable. Please shop Staples for all personal and business needs.

This product is great convenient and easy to use. Packed nicely in the box which is where I store them until I need them. I place the cover under the bottom so I remember the size and order number for the next time. The price is a little high unless you have rewards to use.

Double window envelopes

These envelopes are a great time saver for billing and invoicing. My invoice template lines up my return address and the customers address so all I have to do is print fold stuff and mail. Results look very professional. For paying bills just print the address on a business sized check and use the check for mailing.

This works perfect with our invoicing program. We changed programs but didn't have to change the envelope. Works GREAT with both programs.

good price good quality however when trying to order 1000/box the item number changes in staples.com would appreciate if that error is corrected

Easy stuffings with the double window. No need to paste a return address just put it in your letter and bingo off to the races.
