Works well and is functional for the file that has to go with you. The down side is with the plastic. It is brittle when cold. The sacrifice for having the moisture resistant shell. Overall I would buy again.

What I like: It came with removable paper inserts to label the tabs. (Note that in the description there isn’t a tab for each letter in the alphabet.) The elastic closure works well. Accordion shape. There are no cons at this point.
