There was nothing wrong with the easel display we just did not use it.it was never out of its box. The people in the Staples store in Scottsbluff NE are wonderful friendly and helpful. I would give the people a Top raiting.

One of 3 legs was frozen in place. Push pull it turn it would not budge. Staples we nicely let me exchange for new stand that works fine!

I purchased the Staples Tri-Lite Display Easel because since our school system has gone back to complete virtual learning I have no whiteboard nor an easel to work on. Teaching art I HAVE to have access to being able to physically draw and demonstrate for the students. I bought a very nice white/dry erase board from Staples but had no way to have it stand upright for me to draw on as the students watch. I purchased the Tri-Lite easel. It holds the dry erase white board up but it is EXTREMELY UNSTABLE! It wobbles terribly there is nothing to "hold" the dry erase board stable because it is actually made for a paper flip board but I was told that it was also used for dry erase boards. The board has fallen off the 2 little "arms" that are supposed to be the base holder multiple times because the top bar does not open wide enough to clamp on to the top of the board....therefore it falls off the base arms all the time. As I am drawing on the board the easel itself wobbles.
