Difficult to review

It appears to be a nice clock for the price but I cannot tell since they never actually sent this item. Of course they did charge my credit card and that payment went through quickly. I did contact customer service and they quickly respond with another address that the customer can take his time and effort to try and locate the item that he ordered and paid for. I have a feeling this will be a lesson learned about trying to order from Staples. I have had some good experiences in the past but this certainly does not qualify. I ordered 3 items shown on-line and in stock. Shortly after placing the order I got and email saying one item was not available. An hour of so later I got a second email stating that another item was not available. The one remaining item was being shipped. I have not received anything but it was prompting charged to my credit card and that transaction went right through. Now it checking my order it shows that item as being delivered. I assure it is not. I guess I have no choice but to try the other address site they sent or contest the false charge they made to my credit card. Either way I lose because I am spending my time tracking down my undelivered order something you would think the sender (Staples) might do but I suppose their time is more valuable than that of the paying customer. Just the way things work or don't work in today's world.

Your basic wall clock. Easy to read so far keeps time alright but only have had for a week.

I've had the clock up for about a week. It is keeping good time so far. It has a thick black bezel and a Staples logo so it may look out of place in certain situations.
