Too much glue!

We use a lot of paper towels and buy the large packages at Sam's Club. We're getting very tired of fighting our way through the first eight or so towels that are glued together, and we're reluctantly thinking about trying a different brand. I worked as a mechanical designer in the packaging industry and feel there's something wrong with your set-up ... people or machinery. There's no need for all those sheets to be glued together. Do your people EVER use the products they produce or sell? If so, don't they see what's happening. Fix this, or loose more customers.

Can’t tear.

The paper towels are not fully cut so when you tear you rip one in half every single time

Does not Tear Cleanly

I have been buying Select-A-Size for years but lately when I tear off a sheet it does not tear cleanly. It tears off leaving a portion behind. You have to tear with two hands to prevent this. It seems as it both the perforation and the sturdiness of the towels have changed. I may have to switch to another brand as this is quite annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bounty made my coffee

My Kuerig broke and I was snowed in and needed coffee. I used half of a towel as a filter and was able to make myself a perfect cup of coffee using the water from the tea kettle. The towel never broke. So impressed that boiling water didn’t tear through! Excellent cup of coffee, thank you!

Wont tear

A year ago I thought my case was just at the end of their blades and they'll replace the cutting device soon. But NO you had better put everything down, use both hands and pull the sheets apart with both hands. And they still won't tear clean!! A year, really? Enough is Enough. I've even tried purchasing them at another store thinking they were just selling Sam's club a bill of goods. But no matter where you buy these paper towels, it is bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Smears windows and mirrors

I purchased the large package of Select a Size Bounty Prints - Nature inspired edition from Costco. When using them to wash windows and mirrors they leave a smeary gray film on the surface. I have always used paper towels to clean these surfaces. I tried changing the bottle of Windex but to no avail. I switched to using newspapers, which also clean windows well. For the past 6 months I have tried using different rolls from the same pack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Holiday paper towels

Although I love the strength and absorption of the product, I was quite disappointed in the holiday paper towels because the spelling of “joy or jolly” was incorrect. The paper towel has “joie” printed on it instead. I pay a lot of money for the good quality, but it’s as if I purchased a knock off brand. Just letting the company know, so they can change the print on the towels.
